With over 30 weekly classes, Yoga Quarter offers something for everyone; from energising vinyasa and hatha to restorative, yin, and pregnancy yoga. Whether you're brand new or an experienced yogi, you’ll find a space to move, breathe and connect.

We also offer professional trainings, including the full 200-Hour, Restorative Yoga & Children’s Yoga teacher trainings.

Our regular classes:

From energising flows to deeply restorative practices, our regular classes are designed for all levels and needs. Whether you’re looking to build strength, find balance, or simply take a mindful pause, there’s a class here for you.

  • A low-impact class that focuses on building core strength, improving posture, increased flexibility and enhancing body awareness. Open to all levels, with plenty of guidance and variations to suit every body.

  • A dynamic and energising style of yoga where movement is linked with breath. Expect flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility and focus. Suitable for all levels, with options to adapt each pose to your needs.

  • A gentler version of Vinsaya that moves at a slower pace. You’ll have more time to pause, breath and feel each post. Great for beginners, returners or anyone wanting to move with more ease and intention.

  • A steady-paced class combining postures, breath-work, and mindfulness. Hatha is ideal for beginners and experiences students alike, offering time to explore alignment and body awareness. For all levels.

  • A welcoming and accessible introduction to yoga. Learn or reconnect with the fundamentals of breath, movement and posture in a supportive space. No flexibility, fitness or prior experience required.

  • A deeply calming and meditative practice that targets the fascia and connective tissues. Poses are held for several minutes, often seated or lying down. No experience or flexibility needed - just come as you are.

  • The most gentle and nourishing of all yoga styles. Supported by props, each posture is designd to help the bod fully relax and restore. Accessible for everyone, especially those needing deep rest and nervous system support.

  • Specially designed to support your body and mind throughout pregnancy. Gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help you connect with your baby and prepare for birth. No experience needed.

Our class passes allow you access to either a single class or a number of classes over a 2/3 months.

We also have a pass for friends and a welcome offer for those just getting into yoga.
