Pregnancy yoga classes combine relaxation techniques with stretching strengthening and breathing exercises to help mums with essential skills for birth. Linking postures with breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to mind, body and spirit, helping you connect with your baby.
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes help to strengthen the pelvic floor and Uterus, improve circulation, aid digestion, ease back pain and increases general well being.
Yoga offers you a wonderful starting point to relax and enjoy your pregnancy. Widely recommended by midwives and Doctors, consistent practice enhances the vitality, mobility, general health and emotional well being of expectant mums. More than anything these classes will help you become more comfortable with yourself during pregnancy, getting into shape for labour and aid recovery once the baby is born. Yoga Quarter classes become mini-communities in their own right offering Baby Yoga from 8 weeks to pre- mobile.

Adult & Toddler Yoga
Using songs and rhymes alongside plenty of movement and stretching, this yoga is designed to support the transition from babyhood to more developed forms of self-expression through movement.
Toddler yoga promotes strength, flexibility and balance. Relaxation and energetic activity are contrasted and balanced providing a foundation for healthy lifestyles.
The together aspect of this yoga sustains loving and playful contact, continuing a mutual focus between parent/carer and child.
Toddler yoga provides a positive shared routine to carry young families through what can be a challenging time as they tackle tantrums and boundary testing.
Toddler yoga classes provide an opportunity for parents/carers to exercise and have fun with their children.
Suitable for mobile infants up to 2 years old.
£10 for one adult & one toddler, £3 for an extra adult.

Come and enjoy yoga together!Family yoga sessions are a fun and interactive way to experience yoga while taking some quality time to support bonding as a family.Using postures, sound, self-massage and mindfulness, these sessions encourage children (and adults!) to develop their body and spatial awareness, as well as develop strength, flexibility, confidence and social skills.
The workshop finishes with a well-deserved drink and healthy snack.No previous yoga experience necessary. Suitable for children aged 3 -12
There must be a minimum of one adult per family. £10 for one adult and one child, £3 for each additional family member.

Family Yoga sessions are a fun and interactive way to experience yoga while taking some quality time to support bonding as a family. Family yoga for children with ASD is similar to general family sessions with Tory but with a smaller group, more awareness around sensory needs and lots of grounding postures and breath-work.
Using postures, sound, self-massage and mindfulness, these sessions encourage children (and adults!) to develop their body and spatial awareness, as well as develop strength, flexibility, confidence and social skills.
Suitable for children aged 7-11.

Being a teenager can be a difficult time. The brain is growing at it’s fastest pace during the teenage years and there is so much change in the body. Yoga for teens is designed to help kids cope with changing emotions and learning to nurture their bodies in a non competitive environment.
