PREGNANCY YOGA

Yoga is a safe, simple and natural method of preparing for the miracle of child birth. Pregnancy yoga classes combine relaxation techniques with stretching strengthening and breathing exercises to help mums with essential skills for birth. Linking postures with breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to mind, body and spirit, helping you connect with your baby.


More than anything these classes will help you become more comfortable with yourself during pregnancy, getting into shape for labour and aid recovery once the baby is born.


Yoga Quarter classes become mini-communities in their own right offering Baby Yoga from 8 weeks to pre mobile. Pregnancy Classes suitable from 14 weeks to full term.

PARENT & BABY YOGA

Support through pregnancy and postnatal is crucial in early parenthood. We offer classes tailored to the needs of new parents and their babies. Both parents and babies will enjoy movement and relaxation in a supportive and safe space.

Suitable for babies aged 8 weeks to pre mobile.

FAMILY YOGA

This is a class run monthly at the studio and it is filled with both fun and giggles..

For both grown up and little ones aged 4-11, we don't take ourselves seriously.  This class is filled with fun, breathing exercises, yoga stories, mindful crafts and a nice sleepy savasana.

Family yoga sessions are a fun and interactive way to experience yoga while taking some quality time to support bonding as a family.

Expect to move, laugh and play and hopefully everyone will be tired and calm afterwards.
