THE YQ EXPERIENCE
Beginning yoga can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, especially if you aren’t used to going into studios, they can at times feel a little intimidating.
This is why we have introduced The YQ Experience. Perfect for complete beginners or for those who haven’t practiced in a while.
Learn the basics of yoga, in a fun and supportive environment, becoming stronger in the body and the mind. By the end of the 21 days you will feel confident in your own practice, as well as feeling familiar with postures, movements and understand key terms used so you are ready to attend other classes.
