Imbolc Workshop with Maggie

You’re invited to join Maggie for a 2 hour Imbolc workshop. We’ll celebrate the Celtic festival of Imbolc through gathering as a community and connecting to welcome the birth of Spring, new beginnings and seeds of potential.

This workshop will offer practices connecting to the energy of Imbolc;

  • Yin Yoga & Nidra practices

  • Reflection & Journaling

  • Celtic Wisdom & ritual

  • Gathering in community

  • Creating an Imbolc altar

Join Maggie for this practice where you will be offered an opportunity to pause and reflect on what your heart has been dreaming of this winter and what is calling you to be planted this Imbolc. The Cailleach, the winter goddess of the darkness transforms into Brigid, the fiery spring goddess who is our ally as we plant our seeds of intention, tend to, and nurture them into fruition.

The workshop is a trauma-informed and mental health aware practice that is inclusive of all bodies and experiences. No prior movement or meditation experience is required.

Come along in your comfy clothes, cosy socks and bring anything you’d like to add to the Imbolc altar… be as creative as you like with this!
