Come and explore the positive transformation a regular yoga practice can have on how you feel about yourself. Low self esteem can have a devastating effect and is more common than you may think. So if your inner critic has ever held you back, ground you down, made you anxious or depressed, then this is for you. During this workshop we will use yoga attitudes, the Niyamas, to develop an inner space that nourishes, challenges and encourages.
This is an active practice, suitable for all levels.
