An afternoon to help relieve stress, let go of tension and regulate the nervous system. During this two hour workshop I will guide you through:
- a gentle slow yoga flow, suitable for beginners
- restorative yoga poses to help promote a place of comfort and ease within your body and mind
- a guided meditation and the use of therapeutic sounds to bring you to a place of deep relaxation
Finishing off with some nourishing homemade treats.
