We are excited to introduce part 1 of our self-care weekend with a Yoga Quarter Half Day Retreat with Aoife.
Join Aoife on Saturday 12th February for a half-day of hiking, nourishing food, and a comprehensive yoga practice. We will all meet at Redburn country park for an hour long hike through our local woods. After the hike, we head back to the studio for some tea and snacks. Following our little break, Aoife will lead you through an all-around feel good flow that incorporates vinyasa and restorative yoga. Finish off the day with some warm and nourishing food by one of our local restaurants. There's even a wee gift bag by local sellers to see you off and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Schedule:
11am Be Connected with nature on your doorstep. A hike in the woods
1pm Be nourished with tea and snack back at the studio
1:30pm Be nurtured with yoga. Flow, Restore Rest
3:30pm Be nourished with delicious warm vegetarian food
4pm Be pampered with a goody bag to take home
