The 700m2 built house is set in the middle of stunning grounds in a plot of 7,500m2. It is not overlooked by anyone and is a secluded paradise.
The house is one of the oldest in El Cuarton, having been constructed in early 1980s and had a significant extension some 10 years later. It commands one of the most impressive views in El Cuarton, if not the whole of Andalusia. It feels like you can almost touch Africa!
Please note prices are per person. Some rooms are private, others are shared. Please read the room descriptions before you pay your deposit.
Deposit amount is the same for all rooms but the full price differs (check room description).

The full price of this room is £1450.
This beautiful and large double bedroom sleeps one and has its own bathroom and secluded patio.
The full price for this bedroom is £1350.
The Left Patio Room has a double bed and shares a bathroom with the Right Patio Room.
The full price of a bed in this room is £1250.
This is a twin room which can turn into a double room if used for a couple.
It has an ensuite bathroom through a sliding door, which comprises of a large open space shower, as well as a large sink and toilet.
The full price for a bed in this twin bedroom is £1250.
It has south facing windows that look across the Mediterranean. It also has its own ensuite bathroom complete with bath/shower combination.
The full price for a bed in this room is £1100.
It is composed of two rooms, both with twin beds. Both rooms share an ensuite bathroom with shower/bath combination.
The full price for a bed in this twin room is £1250.
The Right Patio room has a twin bed combination and a built in wardrobe. It shares a bathroom with the Left Patio room.
The full price for a bed in this twin room is £1250.
The Left Courtyard room has a twin/double bed combination, as well as a a couple of comfy chairs and a coffee table. There is a large ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower combination.

To pay in full – please pay your deposit through this website and you will receive a confirmation email with bank details to pay the remaining of the balance.
You will be able to pay the rest of the fee in a one or two instalments. If you need more flexibility in payment, please contact us and we will happily discuss options with you.
After you have paid your deposit :
- 1st of January 2025 : half of the remaining balance needs to be paid.
- 1st of April 2025 : the full balance needs to be paid.
Rooms have different prices so balances will differ depending on the room you choose.
