Join Aoife for an afternoon of deeply nourishing restorative yoga in her signature Abide in Stillness workshop.
This style of yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and stepping away from the business of life.
This is a fully supported practice where we use many and varied props to help initiate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). Aoife is deeply passionate about this style of yoga and sharing it with her students. All levels of yoga practitioners welcome, in fact, no yoga experience is necessary at all.
