Jessica Seabern has been teaching classes, trainings, and retreats in Southern California and internationally for over twenty years and her talent for training and teaching is a gift – we are delighted to welcome her back to Yoga Quarter. Jessica offers all-levels of asana classes integrating pranayama, philosophy, focus, and an overall sense of calm. Her goal is for students to leave feeling uplifted, inspired, peaceful, strong, and balanced.
