Join Lydia and Howard from Mindful Kids for a mindful after school program tailored for primary-school aged kids.
This program runs every Friday in September with the following times : 2.30-3.30pm for kids aged 5-7 and 3.30-4.30pm for kids aged 8-11.
What you can expect :
• Yoga: Kids will enjoy age-appropriate yoga poses to help them build strength, balance, and flexibility, all while learning to connect with their bodies in a mindful way.
• Breath Work: We’ll introduce simple breathing exercises that are both fun and effective in helping children manage stress and increase focus.
• Crafts: Creative activities will allow kids to express their feelings and explore mindfulness through art, with projects they’ll be proud to take home.
• Games: Interactive games will promote mindfulness, cooperation, and emotional awareness in a playful setting.
• Snack & Drink: A healthy snack and drink will be provided, giving kids a chance to refuel and relax after a busy week of school.
