Sunday Sessions with Oonagh

Oonagh teaches regular workshops at Yoga Quarter.

Oonagh has been teaching since 2017, her personal yoga practice is consistent, balanced and inquisitive; and her classes bring these qualities to life.


Each Sunday Session is a 2 hour practice encompassing yin, vinyasa and restorative over the course of the afternoon.
