Mindful Meditation Group with Fiona Montgomery


Course running for 7 weeks from January 15th until February 26th.
Every Wednesday, 11.15am-12.15pm at Yoga Quarter.

Join Fiona for a 7 week course and dive into mindfulness with a friendly and supportive group.
Fiona is an experienced meditation practitioner and is registered with the MTAI (mindfulness teachers association of Ireland) and the BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness based approaches).

The meditations you will practice are based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s work, (body scan, mindful movement, sitting practice and more). There will be time to share your experiences of the meditations including any moments of : deeper awareness; self-compassion when things are difficult; happiness; peace; and the ability to make wise choices.

This is an opportunity to discover how formal meditation practices can help us to be more mindful in our daily lives and can increase our sense of connection, curiosity, and contentment.  

Investment is £65 for the whole course.
