We're up & down. We're light & dark. And round & round we go.

Phases is a workshop designed by Shanti Yoga & Wellbeing to give you some insight into the phases of the moon; how it affects our inner world and emotions and rules or feminine energy. During the 75 minute workshop you'll be guided through a restorative, slow practice as we pause in 9 different postures that compliment the 9 phases of the moon.

What to bring with you: Comfy attire, a mat, something to wrap around you if you need it, a journal, a cup of warm cacao or tea for a chat afterwards if you have the time.
