Join Eimear for a 2 hour workshop combining my love of vinyasa flow, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
The afternoon will begin with an energetic vinyasa flow sequence guided by the breath, cultivating strength, mobility and balance in a fun and playful way. From there our practice shifts from active to passive as we move into our slower restorative practice, releasing deeper tension in the body. Finishing with a nurturing, meditative yoga nidra.
