Spinal Embodiment with Shae from Random Movements

Join Shae for 3 hours of guided embodiment practice, rooted in somatics, yoga, breathwork and free-flowing…

We will move with a slow pace, building awareness in our bodies and gradually bringing attention to parts of the body that tend to feel detached and becoming embodied so we can be aware with our parts, rather than of our parts!

You’ll be invited to connect more deeply with yourself, your movement, and the space around you. Refresh your perception and intervene with your inner critic through juicy creative exercises and prompting that can set you on a new path.

Allow these 3 hours hour to shift the things that get in the way of your experience of moving more freely and expressing more deeply.

No previous movement experience is needed, come as you are
*There will be designated time for video/filming yourself in this workshop!
