Yin is a simple practice of long held poses but yin is not an easy practice as it invites you to surrender to stillness and sit with a discomfort that we call the edge.
This edge is a place of sensation that calls your attention and invites your conversation with your self.
The practice unfolds over time and works at a physical level releasing tension.
The practice also works at an energetic level releasing blocked energy along specific meridian lines.
These longer sessions allow us to dive in deeper as well as giving time for our own meditation.
Please bring an extra layer and warm socks. Studio props are available and you are also welcome to bring your own.
