Yoga Fundamentals with Oonagh

Fundementals refers to the building blocks of my personal practice. Yoga is a rich subject and I am a keen student.

There have been times during the last year and half when I have been overwhlemed with the different approaches, and aspects of yoga.

In this workshop I will share what works for me, and the practices I find most useful. Over 2 hours we will use yoga philosophy, asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation to deconstruct and better understand the gift of yoga.

The workshop will include a steady practice designed to challenge, but accessible to all. No yoga experience is necessary, beginners welcome.
