Body strong with Stef is a 6-week full body strength program filled with effective strength exercises, challenging movements, and lots of tips and techniques that will activate your entire body and leave you feeling great in your own skin.
Each participant will receive their very own set of resistance mini bands and a set of sliders that can be used in the studio and at home.
Stefanie is a personal trainer and women's health and wellness advocate. She has been teaching fitness classes for over 12 years and has a passion to help you feel stronger, fitter and more powerful in your own skin. Stefanie teaches a strong and dynamic class that will give you a deep understanding of your body with lots of motivation and encouragement on how you can work to improve it.
