Whether you are completely new to yoga or are just getting back into your yoga practice this is for you.
This course will be taught in a step by step, comprehensive, and approachable way. Poses will be broken down so that at the end you will be confident and ready to move into a public class.
You can expect to learn, yoga postures, breathing techniques, the philosophy of yoga, self-care and so much more.
Beginning Thursday 20th of February for 4 weeks until 13th of March | 7pm - 8.15pm
