What would it feel like to soften the grip and release what no longer serves you? We will explore this in a two-hour workshop.

When we have a lot going on and are feeling busy and stressed, we can hold onto tension in the body without even being aware of it. This can result in a feeling of tightness and constriction in the both the body and the mind.

Join me for two hours on a Sunday afternoon to soften the body and mind to release tension and holding.

During the workshop I will guide you through:

  • A really gentle slow flow class to release tension, suitable for beginners

  • Relaxing in restorative posesinviting the body to soften and be supported with the use of props

  • guided meditation themed around letting go of what you no longer want or need to hold on to

  • Use of therapeutic sounds to bring you to a place of softness and deep relaxation
