YIN+Nidra+Sound

These monthly stillness sessions that bring together the practices of Yin Yoga Nidra and Sound are open to all.  

The 3 practices combine to still the body and quieten the mind.  

Lucie, Eimear and Ciara blend their offerings to foster a sense of connection to yourself. There is no movement involved and no prior experience of yoga is needed.

The session starts with a short meditation before Lucie guides you through 20 minutes of Yin. Eimear will then guide you into a 20 minute Yoga Nidra finishing with Ciara with a Sound Bath offering.  

All 3 practices give you time for yourself.
Research has shown that spending time like this can support your nervous system to regulate and move into the parasympathetic system of rest digest and connect.
